Swanski’s Bakeshop

Partners Emily and Casey both graduated from Johnson and Wales University with degrees in baking and pastry arts. After some time in the industry, they came together last year and decided to open Swanski’s Bakeshop in Westborough. New this season, they are a small, women owned business, creating a one-of-a-kind baked goods experience for customers.

Beckah’s Banging Butter

Bell & Goose Cheese Co.

Anna from Bell & Goose Cheese Co, located in South Hampton, NH, makes a wide variety of artisan cow milk cheeses including camembert, feta, Swiss/alpine, cheese curds. She also makes some sheep milk cheeses on occasion. All of her milk is from neighboring farms where the animals are well loved and cared for.

Flores de Café

Flores de Café sells hot and iced coffee and packaged coffee beans. Roberto, the owner of Flores de Café, has a small coffee plantation in a small town in Colombia called Pitalito and imports varieties of coffee, like Caturra, Bourdon Rosado, F6, and Castilla. Hand-picked beans are processed, roasted and packaged right on the farm preserving the natural taste, aroma, and body of the coffee.  He will sell dark and medium roast, ground and whole beans.

Alison brings a delicious multi-use, plant-based, gluten free, raw, organic, dry, and shelf stable cheeze. It’s sold raw and ready to eat as a parmesan. It can be hydrated by combining the provided boiled water measurements and the product package contents in a blender (nutribullet) or food processor, blending for 1 minute and transforming its consistency into a queso, mac and cheeze sauce, or ricotta. In short, the product is versatilacheeze!

Nana's Best Homebaked

Brenda brings handcrafted small batch gourmet baking mixes from vintage family recipes. She sells four mixes: lemon bread, blueberry muffin, baked fudge brownie and apple crisp mix. Mixes are pre-measured ingredients and a disposable pan is provided in the baking kit. Directions are EASY even for the most inexperienced baker.
